Nipmuc Youth Lacrosse is dedicated to the development of the sport of Lacrosse. We welcome players of all abilities. Our philosophy is based on fostering a positive, supportive atmosphere where every member of a team will see playing time. We do not coach games to "win at all cost”. We believe playing opportunity at the youth level should be based on each child's desire to play, not necessarily their ability. We believe this approach encourages more kids to play and results in a better experience for players, parents and coaches.

As many know the Mens NCAA DI - DII - DIII Championships will be held at Gillette Stadium Memorial Day Weekend.  If you have never been to this before, this is a major family friendly sporting event.  For all information and ticket sales...  http://gillettestadium.com/ncaa-championships

Single-day tickets for the 2012 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championships at Gillette Stadium are on sale on Ticketmaster.com.  Fans can purchase tickets for Saturday, Sunday or Monday (May 26-28) in addition to the option of purchasing the three-day all-session ticket to the world’s largest lacrosse event.  Parking is free for all events that weekend and tailgating is encouraged. 

Inside tip, Sunday is the best day to go if you want to avoid the crowds, the pace of the DII and DIII game is even faster and more exciting to watch then DI.

The NCAA LaxExperience fan festival at Gillette Stadium will be open to the public each day during the championships. Interactive games for kids and adults will provide an enjoyable experience for all lacrosse fans. A full schedule of activities is available at www.ncaa.com/lacrosse. LaxExperience will be located in Parking Lot 22 adjacent to Gillette Stadium providing fans easy access to this entertaining event with convenient entry to the stadium for the games. Patriot Place, located adjacent to Gillette Stadium will welcome lacrosse fans throughout the championship weekend with 17 signature restaurants, amazing nightlife, retail, live music venues and spas all on site fans will not need to go far from the action to stay entertained throughout the weekend.

Introducing 'Lax Skills Night'.  Monday Night Sessions focused on Individual Lax Skills.  These are optional practices open to Boys U11 - U15 players. 

All sessions will be at the Nipmuc HS Field Hockey field.  Full equipment required.

Monday, 5/14, 6-7:30.  Stick Protection, Dodging and Individual D. 
Monday, 5/21, 6-7:30.  Face-offs, Shooting and Ground Balls
Monday, 6/4,  6-7:30.  Dodging, Shooting and Individual D

Hello,

Nimpuc Youth Lacrosse now has available the opportunity to have team and action pictures taken of the Nipmuc Warriors.

Andy Spencer Photography will be providing our teams with this year's photographs (www.andyspencerphotography.com).  He will be attending games for each team to allow parents and players to pick what they would like to have as memories of this year's season.

We are sending out the order form for you to bring with you, but they will also be made available on the day of your team’s shoot. Please see the attached form for the package choices. You can also get the form from the NYL website www.nipmuclax.com

Because of the feedback, Andy is providing you the options, including action shots. It is this simple, just select your packaged options, fill out that specific order form, and turn that in on the day of your team’s photos.  It is important to understand that if you want photos you have to sign up ahead of time, or before the respective games coming up to ensure that ample photos are taken during games.
